Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the competition you must be a NZ resident; and between the ages of 15 and 18 years at the time of voyage.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. The prize is not transferable to another person.
4. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
5. If you are one of the 30 winners of the competition, we will notify you by phone and e-mail. The judges decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Gasoline Alley Services Limited, Spirit of Adventure Trust or Ballantyne Taylor Limited will not be held responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed or which are not received for any reason.
7. The prize does not include transport to Auckland or to the Spirit of New Zealand berth.
8. Timing of voyage will be at the discretion of the Spirit of Adventure Trust.
9. Competition winners will be assessed to ensure they meet all criteria set out by the Spirit of Adventure Trust. Criteria includes:
   (a) Have attained their 15th birthday and not their 19th birthday
   (b) Meet the criteria laid down in the Trust’ medical form
   (c) Be able to swim
   (d) Not have been in contact with any contagious disease during the infectious period of such diseases
10. The panel of judges for the competition will comprise of members of Gasoline Alley Services Limited, Spirit of Adventure Trust and Ballantyne Taylor Limited.
11. The competition is being run by Gasoline Alley Services Limited.
12. All entries will remain the intellectual property of Gasoline Alley Services Limited.
